Refund policy

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of credits you have not used. Contact us with your order number. After we confirm, the money is sent back to the account it came from and the matching credits are removed from your wallet.

Used credits

Credits already spent on completed AI tasks cannot be refunded, because the AI provider has already charged for them.

Failed AI tasks

If an AI task fails, it is not charged: the held amount is released automatically.

Payments we could not verify

If a payment cannot be matched with our account statement, the order is rejected with a reason and no credit is added. Contact us with your transaction details if you believe it is a mistake.

Own API key

When you use your own AI key, the AI provider bills you directly; refunds for that usage follow the provider's own policy.
